Who Can Visit?
Holy Spirit Outreach is open to Kentucky residents only. To receive food assistance, you must live in one of these Kentucky counties: Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Pendleton, Carroll, or Owen.
No appointment is needed — just stop by during regular hours.
Items Needed for Registration
If you also need utility assistance, you must bring:
- A current photo ID
- Your most recent utility bill showing a past due balance
Note: You must also receive food assistance to be eligible for utility help.
How Often You Can Visit?
The pantry is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you work during the week, Saturday morning hours are available.

If you live in Campbell County, KY, you may also be able to get utility assistance (help with overdue utility bills). To qualify, you must:
- Receive food assistance at the same visit.
