St Joseph Catholic Church

St. Joseph Catholic Church has served as a cornerstone of faith in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood since 1846. The parish offers both spiritual support and hands-on community programs, including a drive-up produce pantry for elderly and low-income neighbors. Everyone is welcome to attend Sunday Mass at 10 a.m.

Who Can Visit?

The drive-up produce pantry is open to residents of Hamilton County. You do not need to be a church member to receive groceries.

How Often You Can Visit?

The produce pantry runs once a month — on the second Tuesday of the month from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Good to Know

  • Sunday Mass is held at 10:00 a.m. and is also live-streamed on the church website.

Food & Essentials

St. Joseph runs a drive-up produce pantry that serves elderly and low-income community members. A Google reviewer noted that the grocery program "is crucial for the surrounding communities" and has been "an immense help" for family members who depend on it.

How to Pick Up

The produce pantry is a drive-up program. Pull up during the open hours on the second Tuesday of the month (11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) at 745 Ezzard Charles Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45203.

Additional Support

St. Joseph hosts the St. Joseph Caregiver Group, a free support group for anyone caring for a loved one. This includes adult children looking after aging parents, grandparents raising grandchildren, and anyone responsible for someone with special health or behavioral needs. The group meets on the second Thursday of the month at 3:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Room. For more information, call the Caregiver CAREline at (513) 869-4483 or visit www.ccswoh.org/caregivers. The group is sponsored by Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio and funded through the Council on Aging.

Ways to Give

St. Joseph is currently facing financial challenges and is asking for community support to keep its doors open and continue serving the West End. You can donate online through the church website by clicking the "Donate Now" button. The church uses myEoffering, a secure platform that accepts credit cards, debit cards, and bank account transfers. You can set up a one-time gift or recurring donations. If you don't have computer access, the parish office can help set up your contribution.
